We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Main Access! If not, you may return your merchandise within 15 days of the original purchase date for a refund or exchange under the following conditions:
- Items returned must be not have been opened and in original packaging.
- Items marked on SALE/CLEARANCE are final and are not refundable.
Make sure to send the invoice or a copy of the invoice back with your item you are returning.
If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us at email@example.com or 1.888.333.1134 immediately. Main Access will NOT be responsible for any shipping charges on a return package. This must be covered by the buyer and we highly suggest that you purchase a tracking code to ensure the return package makes it back to us safely!
Refunds: Once we receive and approve the return, a refund will be issued to the original payment method associated with the order. It may take up to 7 business days for the refund to show up on your bank account/credit card, once we issue you the refund. Shipping is non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund.
